Upon accepting your order we (Jackie Carreira books) and you (The Customer) are legally bound by these terms and conditions.

ABOUT US:
Jackie Carreira (trading as Jackie Carreira Books) is a registered Sole Trader based in Suffolk, UK. All books and related articles for sale are copyright original works by the author.

ORDERING:
Please use our online shop to place your order. Full payment is required before your order is despatched for delivery. Please ensure you check all details before placing your order. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the information provided is accurate.
For signed and limited edition items, there is a strict limit of three copies per customer.

PAYMENT:
Secure payments are accepted using Create Payments,a trusted and secure electronic payment gateway powered by Worldpay, the UK's leading payment provider.  

DELIVERY:
Within the UK we use Royal Mail First Class post. Prices are displayed with each item within our online shop. Please expect 2-5 working days for items to arrive.
We are currently only able to deliver within the UK.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Please note that returns on personalised signed items are not available due to the nature of the personalisation. Please make sure that all details for personalisation are correct before completing your order. If however your item is damaged in the post or arrives with details that differ from what you have provided with your order, we will supply a refund or replacement. Please use our contact form in this instance.

PERSONAL DATA:
Any personal information you provide through our website will be taken as consent for us to use it only for the specific purpose for which it is was obtained. We will never pass on your data to any third party and take appropriate action to ensure it is not lost or misused.
